Overview
This document provides a comprehensive roster of every Member of Parliament who served in Singapore's 12th Parliament (2011--2015) and 13th Parliament (2015--2020). The two parliaments bookend a turbulent decade in Singapore politics --- from the PAP's lowest-ever vote share in the "watershed" 2011 election to the SG50/post-Lee Kuan Yew rebound of 2015.

PART I: 12th PARLIAMENT (2011--2015)
The 12th Parliament was elected on 7 May 2011 in what is widely called the "watershed" election. The PAP's popular vote fell to a historic low of 60.1%. The Workers' Party captured Aljunied GRC --- the first time any opposition party had ever won a GRC since the system was introduced in 1988. Foreign Minister George Yeo lost his seat. The parliament dealt with the Population White Paper controversy, the Little India riot (2013), and multiple by-elections (Hougang 2012, Punggol East 2013).

The 13th Parliament was elected on 11 September 2015, the SG50 election, held just six months after the passing of founding PM Lee Kuan Yew. The PAP rebounded to 69.9% of the popular vote --- its best result since 2001. The WP retained Aljunied GRC and Hougang SMC but lost Punggol East. Every constituency was contested for the first time in Singapore's post-independence history.
Key events during the 13th Parliament: Halimah Yacob resigned to become President (2017); Tan Chuan-Jin became Speaker; David Ong resigned from Bukit Batok over an affair (2016); the POFMA (fake news) law was passed; Singapore hosted the Trump-Kim summit (2018); and the COVID-19 pandemic began in early 2020, leading to dissolution.
